Oh Yea......Happy Birthday!!

So one of the things I get a big kick out of is whenever it is our Anniversary or my Birthday I love to not mention it to Mark and when he is about to leave for work and hasn't mentioned it bust him on it I have even went as far as to put an Anniversary card in his car and watch out the window as he finds it and lock him out so he can't come back in and tell me!! I love getting something on him. Well today is Mark's Birthday and as he had the door open to walk out this morning he tells me Happy Birthday!! UGHHH I had forgot but Hey I have a little bit going on now there are 11 people in my house right now OK!! Soooo Happy Birthday Mark I love you. You are a Great Husband and Friend!!!!

What a Week/Weekend....Life

OK so I have officially given up on the picture post we are way to BUSY!! Ella Blaire is finally better but we went from that to Mark's dad (Bro.Gaylon). He went to the hospital with chest pain which we were not to worried about, well to our surprise his 3 main arteries were 90-95% blocked. So he had triple bypass surgery Fri. and we thought he was doing good and he is but the surgeon come in this morning and said his heart rate is still low and they may have to go back in and put in a pace-maker. We are waiting to hear from the cardiologist. The surgeons words were I fixed the plumbing but the electrical is still messed up. On top of all of this My sister and her family are home which I love but we are trying to get grandmothers house cleaned out and have a yard sale Sat. Let me just say grandmother is AMAZINGLY talented at packing enormous amounts of stuff in very small closets!!!!! So please continue to pray for Mark's dad and hopefully he can come home from the hospital soon!

Thank you to everybody who has prayed for Ella Blaire this weekend she is hopefully on the mend. It all started Friday Mark and I both came home from work early she was running a fever and threw up. I called her Dr. I thought it was maybe a urinary tract infection. He said I would have to take her to ER and get a catheter done to check urine or wait until Mon. and he could write orders to have it done and it would be OK to wait. She ran a very high fever Fri. night and Sat. as high as 105!!! (Fevers scare me!!) So Sat. we take her to the Dr. on call and they do a strep test it was neg. they did not seem worried about a UTI. So we come home and she throws up again gets a really high fever again. Sun. morning we got up it was around 105 again so I was like OK we gotta go to the ER. We got there and nobody was in the waiting room we pretty much went straight back turns out she had Strep and a possible UTI. She was soooo sick. She has done good today her fever only got to about 102 once so I am hoping by tomorrow things will be a little more normal. I will admit I am a worrier but this was one of those times you just by there side and watch them breath I don't even know how many times I checked her temperature. It was a VERY long weekend.

Day 7 Photo Challenge Photo of My Most Treasured Item

My family is one of my most treasured items. We do not have a big family I have one sister and Mark has one brother and both of my parents are only children so I have no aunts or uncles. My dad was not at home when I was growing up and though I had a good mom and wonderful grandparents it was not the home life my children have. So on afternoons when we are all outside sometimes it hits me, the Lord took me away from where I was and gave me more than I ever had. He gave me a good husband and he gave my kids a wonderful Daddy he gave us a home and I am forever thankful!!

Person I would like to trade places with for a day.......
I thought about this a lot because I knew I would not trade places with anybody not even for a second!!! But I did think if I would who would it be and why....
Maybe Delaney just to know what goes on inside that head the older they get the less they tell you. It would be neat to know how her day went instead of "fine" or "OK". And to know where I may be disappointing her as a mom the little things I don't do when she ask how much does that really mean to her.
My other thought was one of the older sisters from church to know and understand there wisdom for a day seems like it would so eye opening. Actually it would probably scare me.
So thats it I would not do it but if I did maybe that would be who.

My favorite memory is the day I received the Holy Ghost. I know check out the blond hair ugh!! I was staying up North with my sister during their revival and I had went to church every morning and every night Fri. morning I did not want to go and she made me that was the day I received the Holy Ghost. It will be 16 years ago June 2nd. My grandaddy and Bro.David baptized me that is a very precious memory also I miss them both so much.

OK what happens often is they get in my bed and I have to drag them out of it!!

Then it is up stairs and let me tell you after cleaning 2 houses and homework and cooking supper the climb up the stairs is painful!!

Finally they end up in Delaney's bed and if we are lucky and here lately VERY lucky Ella Blaire will stay there all night.

Person I have been close to the longest

Other than family I would say I have been closest to Mindy Shantae (Minily) the longest. We have had a lot of fun over the years. I really don't know how long we have been friends I guess earliest memories are when we lived close and went to school together. We spent summers walking to Chapman Pool together. Then she moved to Arab and I loved going out there and staying with her in the country. Then she moved to Big Cove we had fun there too. Then one Saturday night she spent the night with me and went to New Market the next morning and Mindy received the Holy Ghost that day we were still close for a while after that then we got older
and her mom decided it would be best for Mindy not to hang out with me until I got the Holy Ghost (mmmm wonder why LOL) So shortly after that I did and the fun was back on and hasn't stopped since. Love you girl!!!!!

13. I do not have one single memory of me and my sister playing as children (literally) she was Always sooooo mean to me but now we talk everyday and are very close don't know what I would do without her

14.I got married when I was 15 which means I have been with Mark 1/2 of my life!! That scares me when I think of Delaney being 10!!!

15.I was in choir all through middle school and even in the magnet choir program at Lee not many people know that because now I sing in the car mostly

SERIOULSY......How many times has your adorable kid done this in public and totally embarrassed you?!?!?! Well you can act like your kids are perfect if you want but my kids have done this toooo many times to count! My friend sent me this picture and I thought it was to cute not to share.
